TIGER 21 Members tell New York Times columnist, Paul Sullivan, why it will take more than higher taxes to make them leave New Jersey despite the state’s latest millionaires tax.  Ken Schapiro, President of Condor Capital Management, discusses how business ties and relationships with friends and family are keeping him from moving full-time to his home with less taxes in Colorado.  Additionally, Leslie Quick, III, Founding Partner of Simon Quick Advisors, LLC, also cited family ties keeping him from moving for six months and a day to a state without income tax such as Florida, and identified the need for New Jersey to improve the way it will spend the additional tax revenue.
