    Jim Motroni is the Chair of TIGER 21 Seattle Group 03.  Jim’s passion is to help leaders close the gap between what they are deeply committed to and what they can currently accomplish. He has worked with companies of all sizes and coached senior execs in leadership, performance improvement, team dynamics, strategic planning, and interpersonal relationships for 35+ years. In that capacity, he has coached over 150 CEOs and worked with thousands of committed leaders in for-profit and non-profit organizations of all sizes from Fortune 100 to closely held growing enterprises to spur great accomplishment with great joy. In addition to his work at TIGER 21, he is an owner of Conversant Solutions, a global consultancy. Jim lives on Vashon Island where he can be found cycling, cooking or just loving living in such a restorative, natural environment.
