Frank Busch is Chair of Dallas 04. He is the Founder and Managing Principal of Deloache Capital and chairs its investment committee. He was also the Founder and Managing Partner of TLA, LLC. Prior to founding Thomas Title, Frank served as Corporate Counsel of a $4 billion bank holding company and also worked in the corporate and securities groups of the Phoenix office of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. and the Mexico City office of Baker & McKenzie. Frank attended the University of Arizona, Honors College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He also attended Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, completing a semester of Mexican legal studies, and Universidad LaSalle in Mexico City, completing a semester of business courses. He is fluent in Spanish. -

Jack Mueller is the Chair of two Dallas TIGER 21 Groups and one Austin group. He is a results driven inspirational executive with a proven track record of financial and operational accomplishments encompassing Initial Public Offerings, Strategic Spins, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategic Planning, Finance, Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions and Board of Director Leadership. Jack has also been a successful entrepreneur. He has served on over ten Public and Private Boards of Directors and served as CEO of several large public and private enterprises. Jack is most proud of his family having been married to Suzette for 40 years and their two terrific daughters, Britney & Andrea.
